Affiliate Application Form

This application form is for Affiliates only.
The application must be fit to purpose and clearly demonstrate the remit of the organisation in developing the craft sector.
The application will not be accepted without appropriate material included i.e. organisation statutes and a fully completed application form.

The admission of candidates is decided unanimously by the Board of Directors and the result of the vote is communicated to the candidate in written form.
Each application is considered on its own merit.
All members shall pay an annual fee, the amount and method of payment of which shall be fixed annually by the General Assembly for each type of member, on the proposal of the Board of Directors.
Membership of the Association shall automatically cease if a member fails to pay the annual membership fee.
Each member shall remain bound by the statutes concerning his/her rights and obligations until his/her exclusion or resignation from the association.
