Our network has reached a major milestone! We are proud to announce that the European Crafts Alliance has grown to 40 organisations.
We are delighted to welcome the Hungarian Heritage House from Budapest to the family. They join us with a powerful mission: to keep the rich traditions of the Carpathian Basin alive and relevant for future generations. We are particularly inspired by their work in bridging the gap between historical heritage and modern education, ensuring that these skills are not just preserved in museums, but lived and practiced today.
Hungarian Heritage House
The Hungarian Heritage House is a prominent national institution whose aim is to transmit the traditional culture of the Carpathian Basin to contemporary public culture, and to present folk heritage as a living cultural resource and valid body of knowledge in public education, recreation, and formal education.
