Barcelona will host the second edition of CONTEMPORANIA, a biennial fair showcasing the best in contemporary craftsmanship from around the world. Taking place from 2-4 October 2025, the fair will bring together award-winning craftspeople, top galleries, and renowned institutions to highlight global talent and innovation.
The event will feature a curated selection of works across various craft disciplines, including ceramics, wood, glass, and textiles, all carefully chosen to reflect the highest standards of creativity and quality. Aimed at design lovers, craftspeople, and creatives, CONTEMPORANIA is an opportunity to experience the artistry that defines contemporary craftsmanship.
The fair will also foster networking and idea-sharing between craftspeople, designers, artists, and the public, positioning Barcelona as a cultural hub for high-end crafts. The event is supported by both public and private entities, making it a key meeting point for the international craft community.
Applications are now open for craftspeople to showcase their artistry and products, with the participation fee of 75€. The deadline for applications is 30 April 2025.
