Sculpture Workshop
5 April 2025 │ Ambassador Cultural Club, Baku
“The Golden Thread in Clay” is a hands-on sculpture workshop designed to explore the theme of the European Artistic Crafts Days 2025 through the medium of ceramic clay. By intertwining traditional techniques with contemporary artistic approaches, participants will create sculptures that symbolize the continuity of cultural heritage. The workshop will culminate in a public exhibition, celebrating the narrative of connection, resilience, and creativity.

Initiated and coordinated since 2002 by l’Institut pour les Savoir-Faire Français, the European Artistic Crafts Days (EACD) have evolved from a French event into a week-long celebration of crafts and craftspeople across Europe. Over the course of two years, the European Crafts Alliance, via the Crafting project co-funded by the European Union, has provided financial and organisational support to over 100 events across Europe. The events listed above are supported by ECA grants in 2025.
