Applications are open for the 2026–2027 Culture Moves Europe individual mobility grants, supporting artists and cultural professionals who want to develop a project in another Creative Europe country. The call is open to individuals and groups of up to five people working in fields including design, cultural heritage, architecture and visual arts. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and legally resident in a Creative Europe country. No specific level of professional experience is required.
What does the funding cover?
Successful applicants receive €85 per day, alongside a travel allowance of €400 or €800, depending on distance. Additional support is available for greener travel, applicants with children, visa costs and accessibility needs. Applicants need a project developed with an international partner, who can be either an individual or an organisation. The project must address two of four objectives: learning, creating, exploring or connecting.
Applications are assessed after monthly deadlines, with the next rounds closing on 31 October and 30 November 2026. Further deadlines run from January to April 2027.
