The 7th International Handicraft Audiovisual Show brings together 18 short films that reflect the diversity, innovation and social relevance of crafts across Europe. Orgsnised by the Consortium of Commerce, Crafts and Fashion (CCAM), this year’s edition features projects from Spain, Norway, Serbia, Georgia and beyond. The films offer a panoramic view of how craftspeople are reimagining traditional skills in contemporary contexts.

Featured works include Barcelona 3D Ceramics, which demonstrates how clay-based 3D printing can support marine biodiversity, and Studio Visits: Marsil Andjelov Al-Mahamid, directed by Ingun Alette Mæhlum and produced by Norwegian Crafts. The latter film follows the artist’s exploration of memory, conflict and reconciliation through collective embroidery workshops and video art.

All 18 films are now available online through the CCAM website. The ECA is featured with a special selection of two films by Norwegian Crafts and the Georgian Heritage Crafts Association. The ECA members, Fundesarte, Loewe Foundation, OficioyArte and CCAM, are also featured in the selection that offers a unique opportunity to discover how crafts shape culture, identity and sustainability across Europe.
